Processing Time
All Cassel orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PKT will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — PKR 200
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — PKR 400 (major cities only)
Free Standard Shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through our courier partner's website. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to Cassel. Re-shipping charges will apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at bagscassel@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
