What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible areas across Pakistan.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at bagscassel@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 days) is available at checkout for major cities.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping is available on all orders above PKR 5,000.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Sale items are final sale.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us at bagscassel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours.

Can I exchange for a different colour or style?

Exchanges are subject to availability. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What materials are Cassel bags made from?

Our bags are crafted from premium PU leather and full-grain genuine leather depending on the collection, with metal hardware and polished fabric linings.

How do I care for my Cassel bag?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Store in the provided dust bag when not in use.
