Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached. Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Email bagscassel@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and address details. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, a refund will be issued instead. Initiate an exchange the same way as a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
